IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME, WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE THE 10 YEAR OLD YOU?
Well since I don't really regret my choices when I was younger, due to the inspiration it gives other people now, I would have to say that the advice I would give the 10 year old me would be, "once you are grown up, never look back at what you've done as a downfall in your life. What you go through will only make you stronger and a better person and able to help and inspire other people by sharing what you've overcome, and them seeing the amazing woman that you will become. Don't get down on yourself for the choices you made growing up, they've made you who you are today."

PERSONAL FACT: 
I overcame a serious 10 year drug addiction. I got pregnant with my oldest son, found God, found Fitness and never looked back!
